Open an Account

Use this form to open and fund a new a Charitable Gift Account: New Account Application (PDF).

Re-Contribute to an Account

Once you have an account you may use our online contribution form to make a contribution from a Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. account. Simply login to the Donor Center and click on “Service.”

If you prefer to print and mail the form, or if you wish to make a contribution from an account not held with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., you may use our Contribute to a Charitable Gift Account (PDF) form.

Recommend a Grant

For faster, easier processing, you may recommend a grant online through the Donor Center’s paperless grant recommendation process.

If you would prefer to print and mail or fax a grant recommendation, you may do so with our Recommend a Grant (PDF) form.

Update Your Account

You may recommend the reallocation of investments in your Charitable Gift Account by logging in to the Donor Center, clicking on “Service,” and then “Rebalance Portfolio.”

For other changes to your Charitable Gift Account, or if you prefer to print and mail the form, you may use our Update a Charitable Gift Account (PDF) form.
